We offer free shipping on all our products and will determine the best shipping method based on size, weight, and delivery restrictions. Smaller packages typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, while larger items ship via truck freight, including back-of-truck and drive-up delivery.
Free Delivery
All our products ship for free. Items shipped via truck freight include standard dock-to-dock or drive-up delivery. If you don’t have a loading dock or assistance to unload, additional delivery service fees may apply.

Delivery Methods

Small Package Delivery
Orders with individual packages weighing under 100 lbs will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. These carriers typically deliver directly to your home or office, and if you’re unavailable, they may leave the package without a signature. If required, they will attempt redelivery or leave instructions. You will receive tracking information to know the exact delivery date. -
Truck Freight Delivery
For oversized or heavy items, shipping is handled by freight carriers like UPS Freight, Averitt Express, ODFL, ABF, YRC, XPO, and others. Drivers are not responsible for unloading the product, so assistance may be needed. If you lack a loading dock, extra fees may apply. You will receive tracking details and likely a pre-delivery call to help you plan. -
White Glove Basic Delivery
Large, fragile, or heavy items needing special handling are delivered via a national furniture service. The delivery team will call to arrange a delivery date and time. Two people will place the item in your room of choice, and a signature is required. The expected transit time for White Glove delivery is up to 2 weeks from the shipping date. Additional fees may apply based on the manufacturer and order size.

Assembly
Some items may require assembly, indicated as RTA (Ready to Assemble) or KD (Knocked Down). RTA furniture is more affordable because assembly is done by the customer. These items typically use cam locks and require only a screwdriver.

Returns
If you need to return an item, contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery at (281) 400-1452.- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unassembled.
- Returns without prior authorization are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.

Damages
If your item arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt (e.g., "box torn" or "carton crushed"). If the item is severely damaged, you may refuse the package, and we will send a replacement.Report any shipping damage within 7 days of receipt by calling (281) 400-1452.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or modify an order (change item, color, size, or address), call us at (281) 400-1452 as soon as possible.
